Refund policy

RETURNS

The articles supplied by https://bedside-lamp.com are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from the whole of the publishers and suppliers referred.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Defective items:

The customer must return the new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all accessories, instructions and documentation (in its original cellophane packaging imperatively and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to info@bedside-lamp.com (description and photos/videos attached).

In order to make a return, you must also present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will tell you what to do when your file is accepted according to our conditions. There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if any)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on whether or not to approve your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

The refund is initiated within 5 to 10 business days after approval. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and is outside of our control.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale and/or promotional items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@bedside-lamp.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.

No COD shipments will be accepted for any reason.

Right of withdrawal

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, LampsDeChevet is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of the cost of return. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s). If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:

  • Goods that you have opened and cannot return for reasons of hygiene or health protection

  • Goods that are inseparable from other items

  • Opened goods that are not in their original condition, that are damaged or that have some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

Cancellation

The customer has only 24 hours after the validation of his order to request a refund if he finally wishes to withdraw.
