1-Year Extended Warranty - Terms & Conditions
1. Coverage Period
The Extended Warranty provides an additional twelve (12) months of coverage, commencing immediately after the expiry of the standard manufacturer’s guarantee for the product.
2. Scope of Coverage
Under this Extended Warranty, the following are covered, subject to the exclusions in Section 3:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, arising during normal and intended use.

Operational failures, including but not limited to:

Failure to power on;
-
Intermittent, inconsistent, or flickering light output;

Inability to perform the product’s intended lighting functions under normal household usage conditions.

Remedy – Where a covered defect is confirmed, we will, at our sole discretion:

Repair the product; or
-
Replace the product with an identical or equivalent model; at no cost to you.

3. Exclusions – What Is Not Covered
This Extended Warranty does not apply to:

Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, liquid ingress, fire, impact, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.

Faults caused by incorrect installation, handling, storage, or maintenance not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
-
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes (e.g., scratches, dents, stains, discolouration) that do not affect the product’s performance.

Consumable or perishable parts (including light bulbs), except where proven defective upon delivery. Such defects must be reported within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Defects caused by unauthorised repairs, alterations, or modifications.
4. How to Make a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, you must:

Provide your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the fault.

Submit your claim within the warranty period.
We will assess your claim and provide a written response with next steps within three (3) business days.
5. Remedies Available
If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the product at no cost to you; or
-
Replace the product with an identical or equivalent model; or
-
Issue store credit up to the original purchase price paid (after discounts, if any).
Please note:

Refunds are only available within 14 calendar days of delivery (in accordance with our standard returns policy).

The maximum value of any repair, replacement, or store credit will not exceed the original purchase price paid.

Replacement products will have an equal or lesser value than the original purchase price. Warranty coverage does not reset or extend following a replacement.
6. Limitations of Liability

This Extended Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser named on the sales invoice.

Warranty service is available only for products delivered and used within the United Kingdom.

Our total liability under this Extended Warranty shall not exceed the product’s original purchase price.

Products that have been personalised, altered, or modified in any way are excluded from coverage.

This Extended Warranty confers benefits in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
